Filling A Hydrogen Balloon Using "The Works" (hydrogen bong) Posted by: robbace Video duration: 210 seconds This is my second attempt. Check out my other video for the first one. I used the works bomb method of filling up a balloon. It's a big wine bottle, the hose and fittings are from a fuel line and primer bulb from and outboard motor, a plastic jug, and some misc pipe fittings. I was suprised how fast it filled up. I was going to lite the ballon but it floated out of my hands.
